I design and build complex software systems, from industrial platforms to AI applications.

I bring years of experience with industrial control, CAD, specialized software and modelling platforms: from systems analysis and requirements through architecture, development, integration and product delivery. In recent projects, I organize the full SDD + TDD cycle with minimal manual coding and use AI chats and assistants to work with complex process diagrams and data.

REPEAT Modelling Platform

As architect and team lead at ITC JET, I developed requirements and the architecture for REPEAT, a model-based engineering and mathematical modelling platform. I formed a team of 20+ specialists, organised development environments and CI/CD, reviewed server code and helped build the result archive, parallel calculations and external integrations.

Vershok Industrial Control Platform (ACS/DCS)

ACS/DCS, SCADA and IIoT for Unix-like and real-time systems

At the Fizpribor plant I was deputy development lead for the Vershok ACS/DCS industrial platform in a team of 15+ specialists. I gathered and formalised customer and system requirements, designed and developed its core and utilities in C/C++ and Python, supported developer environments and CI/CD, and took part in acceptance testing.

Integration of SmartPlant Foundation PLM and Enterprise CAE Products

PLM integration, CAD product design and development

Developed PLM/CAE integrations and industrial software for nuclear power systems. Connected SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant P&ID, Oracle and CAD tools through TEF and .NET; also built industrial control database clients, simulator communications and safety display software.   • Built clients for MongoDB, Tarantool, Aerospike, MySQL and PostgreSQL; used native C connectors in C/C++ projects.
  • Optimized database load for cluster node synchronization and industrial control data archiving.
  • Developed Category A safety display software: display driver, rendering module, HMI and frame generation, bootloader and binary installation images. The project used Oberon in the A2 environment.
  • Developed communications software between the S3/SmartGet simulator and the PORTAL information and computing system at Novovoronezh NPP Unit 2, including a C++ exchange driver.
  • Developed communications software between a simulator and the real-time SAIPMS server at Balakovo NPP Unit 4: a C++ agent, scripts and a real-time database connector.
  • Modernized the communications software by increasing signal capacity and adding timestamp and data-quality processing.
  • Developed a Linux client and OpenVMS services in C and Fortran.
  • Built a TEF-based import of process data from SmartPlant Foundation into the ASPUS CAD system.
  • Built a TEF adapter to retrieve and publish data for SmartPlant Foundation.
  • Built a process data importer from Oracle, the SmartPlant P&ID database.
  • Built a process data importer using SmartPlant P&ID logical-model automation server interfaces.
  • Built consolidated reports and a database of completion statistics for VVER-TOI process diagrams, using SmartPlant Foundation as the data source.
  • Built a tool to check the results of preparing specifications for manufacturing plants.
  • Implemented the Windows integration projects on .NET.
